It’s officially feeling more like Fall so lets bring on some havenly Fall inspired recipes that are sure to nourish the body and gut well, taste delish, and leave you feeling satisfied the healthy way

If you know me well, you know I am a dipper so to kick off the first Fall recipe, I wanted to share a super nourishing dip with a Fall-ish flare, so very tasty!

This Roasted Tumeric Hummus Dip is so easy to make and is also included in the Gut Refresh guide.

The Roasted Garlic Tumeric dip pairs well with raw vegetables (hello extra nutrients), crackers, really any healthy dipping nosh you love! It can be made ahead of time and is a crowd pleaser perfect for all the Fall Football tailgating, picnic, parties, and more!

Tumeric (Curcuma Longa), a powerful antioxidant, is one of the the star ingredients in this dip since it offers so many health benefits. Studies suggest that tumeric can help lower inflammation in the body, fight disease or infection, aid in digestive issues, improves skin, aids in heart health, good for brain health, and aids in diabetes management.

Roasted Garlic in this recipe offers great prebiotic support for good gut health and the natural flavor it adds is so yum!

The white beans or chickpeas add a protein and fiber punch to this dip which also supports good gut health and will leave you feeling full and satisfied not to mention it creates the best dipping consistency.

Recipe:

Prep: 15min

Serv. 2-3

1 can garbonzo or white beans

1 roasted garlic - roast 40-45 min

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/2 -1 tsp tumeric powder

Blend all ingredients together in food

processer until smooth.

(optional) Top with chopped green onion, fresh chopped parsley, and a dash of chili flakes.

Serve with colorful raw vegetables, healthy crackers, drizzle over a salad, or grab a spoon and dig in since it’s spoon lickin good!
